Add a Member or Guest

Add member or guest

Accessible from the Dashboard -> Administration -> Members & Guests

Adding a new member or guest to your organization is a straightforward process where you enter the following details:

  • First Name
  • Last Name (optional)
  • Email Address
  • Whether they are a Member or a Guest

When a new member or guest is added and licensed, they will receive an email at the nominated email address to activate their account and set their password.

Add Member or Guest Options

Set profile image

Upload and override the profile image of the member or guest.

Toggle switch icon

Licensed:  Determines whether the member or guest is licensed, hence may log in and use HuddleIQ. The number of licenses remaining is displayed in the bottom-left of the window.

Administrator:  Determines whether the member is an administrator. Note, only members may be administrators.

May Set Avatar:  Determines whether the member or guest may alter their profile image.
