Invites Sent
This area displays all the invites you have sent to others and allows you to manage those invites.
Quickly search for invites by their name.
See all invites
When toggled on, it displays every invite sent to boards within the projects where the operator Manage Any Invite permission, regardless of the member who sent it.
Note: Only available to those who have the Manage Any Invite permission for any shared project.
Set the method items are sorted for display from the “Sort by” menu and control the direction of the sort.
Alphabetically
Lists according to the name of the invite.
Creation Date
Lists according to the date the board associated with the invite was created.
Last Opened Date
Lists according to the date the board associated with the invite was last opened.
Modification Date
Lists according to the date the board associated with the invite was last modified, else its creation date.
Ownership
Lists according to the owner’s name of the board associated with the invite, with a secondary ordering of the board’s name.
Starred
Lists according to whether the invite is starred or not, with a secondary ordering on the invite’s name.
Choose to display sent invites in a grid or a list view. The grid view displays large icons of each invite, whereas the list view displays smaller icons but with more information laid out, such as those invited and the invite’s project.
All sent invitations will have the following menu options:
Open
Opens the invite in the current browser tab.
Open in a New Tab
Opens the invite in a new browser tab.
Invite
Allows you to manage the invitation.
Copy Member Link
Copies the member link to open the board into memory.
About
Displays information about the board associated with the invitation.
