Instructions for Providing Feedback:

Log In to Your HuddleIQ Account:

Access the Feedback Option:

  • Once logged in, navigate to the top right corner of the platform.
  • Click on your profile icon to open the dropdown menu.

Select ‘Feedback’:

  • In the dropdown menu, find and select the “Feedback” option.

Submit Your Feedback:

  • Choose the type of feedback you’re providing: suggestion, bug, feature request, compliment, or complaint.
  • Fill in the details of your feedback in the space provided. Be as specific as possible to help us understand your perspective and needs.

Review and Send:

  • Once you’ve filled out the form, review your feedback to ensure all necessary details are included.
  • Hit the submit button to share your insights with the HuddleIQ team.
